In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the prosecutor’s office through the court annulled the paternity of a foreign citizen.
The department said that in 2020, a citizen of Uzbekistan agreed with Achinsk resident in a residence permit in Russia. To do this, he submitted documents on the adoption of the minor son of a woman, paying her 20 thousand rubles.
But after receiving a residence permit with the mother of the child, he did not live together, did not take part in raising the child.
“In the suit of the prosecutor’s office, the court recognized paternity fictitious and annulled the act of establishing paternity. His former surname and patronymic were returned to the boy. In addition, the court recovered from a woman to state income the amount of illegal monetary remuneration received, ”the prosecutor's office explained.
A criminal case has been instituted against three intermediaries of illegal migration (part 2 of article 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The investigation is under control.
