Products:

  • 3 pcs. chicken fillet;
  • two oranges;
  • one lemon;
  • spices for chicken;
  • 20 ml vegetable oil;
  • 30 ml soy sauce;
  • 20 g butter.

Preparation

  1. Make cross-shaped cuts into the fillet.
  2. Cut the orange and lemon into slices.
  3. Roll boats out of parchment paper and place lemon on the bottom first, then orange.
  4. Sprinkle with chicken spices and place chicken on top.
  5. Prepare the sauce. Squeeze the juice from the second orange, add spices, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Stir.
  6. Brush the fillet with sauce and leave for 15 minutes, and after this time repeat again.
  7. Place butter on top of the fillet.
  8. Bake the fillet in a preheated oven for 40 minutes at 180°C. At the same time, brush the fillet with sauce every 10 minutes.
