  • one egg;
  • 2 tbsp. l. flour;
  • Salt to taste.

Cooking

  1. Grate potatoes and onions.
  2. Add egg, salt, flour. Do not drain the liquid.
  3. Mix all the ingredients.
  4. Fry the deruns until golden crust.
