The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov presented a high state award to an employee of the Rosseti Siberia branch – Krasnoyarskenergo Viktor Kozlov.
The master of the operation of the distribution networks and cable lines of the Sverdlovsk RES devoted 48 years to the energy sector. His experience is one of the longest in the Krasnoyarsk Electric Networks unit. For many -year and conscientious work, Viktor Kozlov was marked by the title of Honored Energy of the Russian Federation.
Putting an honorary sign and certificate, the head of the region Mikhail Kotyukov noted:
“Dear Victor Andreevich! Accept my congratulations on the assignment of an honorary title! I am glad that your many years of work was awarded a high rating at the state level. Thank you for your professionalism and contribution to the development of the industry. I wish you health, optimism and new successes! ”
This is not the first award in the career of Viktor Kozlov – back in 2002, he was awarded the title “Honored Worker of RAO UES of Russia”. And he began his career in 1977 with the driver’s office, then he became a high -class specialist in the repair of cable and distribution networks.
“The executives of the industry have always said that the cable direction is the most difficult. Work underground requires not only skills, but also the ability to quickly make the right decisions, ”the power engineer notes.
These words are confirmed by his personal experience: for almost five decades, Viktor Andreevich participated in the elimination of complex violations of power supply. In his memory – the restoration of cable networks from the Zatonskaya substation in 2023, where more than half of the cables in intertwined channels was required. The power engineer is sure that here, as in any abnormal situation, the main thing is the work of the whole team:
“Without a brigade, such problems cannot be solved. Therefore, we act united and harmoniously to return the light to consumers as quickly as possible, ”adds Viktor Kozlov, for whom the obtained title symbolizes not only personal achievements, but also the contribution of the entire brigade.
The team of Viktor Andreevich has long been formed and is considered one of the most stable. In his brigade, middle -aged experts (30-50 years) work – there is a balance between experience and energy, and colleagues always have something to learn from each other, get important skills and knowledge.
In life, his colleagues say, he is as reliable and responsible. He devotes free time to the family, and a 12-year-old grandson-a separate occasion for pride. “The family reminds of what we are working for,” the energy engineer notes.
