More than 300 kg of products from the shops “Traffic” in the Krasnoyarsk Territory had to be destroyed

More than 300 kg of meat and fish from 17 stores of the Traffic Light chain in the Krasnoyarsk Territory seized and destroyed supervisory authorities. It is reported by the regional Rosselkhoznadzor.
Checks of outlets took place in May. Experts have discovered violations of storage conditions for animal products, including non -compliance with temperature conditions. On sale they also found a delay, products without markings and veterinary accompanying documents.
In June, for identified violations of officials and legal entities, 14 administrative cases were instituted. Poor -quality livestock products (pork frozen legs, poultry meat, minced meat, sausages, freshly frozen and smoked fish, cheese) with a total weight of 305 kg were removed from the turnover and destroyed with the provision of confirming documents.
