The Beeline and Alfa-Bank operator announced the start of integration between support services. Now customers of both companies will be able to prevent fraudulent actions and ensure their safety faster.

If during the consultation the operator determines that the client needs the assistance of the bank, then he translates the call immediately to the bank support service. The client does not need to call the bank independently and re -explain the situation.

Since the problem is immediately transferred to the bank, the reaction to potential fraud is accelerated, reducing the likelihood of financial losses. Both support services are available around the clock. The service works regardless of the method by which scammers could access codes from SMS. If the client accidentally informed them to third parties, he will be promptly transferred to Alfa-Bank to protect him from fraud.
