Yogurt donuts – magnificent without yeast: 30 minutes at the stove, and “leave” instantly

Dreaming of magnificent, air donuts, but do not want to mess with yeast? Forget about the difficulties. There is a simple prescription of donuts from yogurt and flour, which are already amazing.

They will come out soft, tender and incredibly tasty:

Ingredients:

  • 250 g of natural yogurt (without additives)
  • 250 g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Sugar powder

A step -by -step recipe

  1. In a deep bowl, mix yogurt, eggs and sugar. Add salt and baking powder. Gradually enter the flour, kneading the soft and elastic dough.
  2. Roll it into a layer about 1 cm thick. Cut the circles with a glass or mold. In the middle of each circle, make a hole of smaller diameter.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or pan. Fry the donuts in preheated oil on both sides until golden.
  4. Put the finished donuts on a paper towel to remove excess oil. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve.
