ANM has issued a
Weather information Valid until Saturday, May 17, in which it announces a marked cooling of the weather, heavy rainfall and wind intensifications in most of the country.

Between May 15, 10:00 – May 15, 22:00, in Maramureș, Crișana, Banat and most of Transylvania, but also in the mountain area, torrential showers (15–20 l/sqm are expected in short periods), electric shocks, hail falls and wind intensification up to 70 km. of the time.
Thursday, May 15, the wind will blow with power in almost all regions, and on Friday it will continue to blow especially in the south and south. It is estimated speeds of 40-50 km/h, and in the mountain, the bursts will exceed 60-70 km/h.

The rainfall will advance from the north and will affect the west, north and center of the country on Thursday, and on Friday it will expand to the south, center and east. The showers accompanied by electric discharges and, at times, hail will predominate. The quantities of water will reach 15–25 l/sqm, with possible accumulations of over 35 l/sqm.
At altitudes of over 1500 meters, in the Eastern and Southern Carpathians, they will be snow and snow, and the snow layer will be deposited.
Starting on Friday, May 16, the weather will cool significantly, the thermal values descending below the usual ones for this period of the year. It is estimated maximum between 10 and 19 degrees and minimums of 1-10 degrees, with the lowest values in the depression.
