The independent candidate for the presidential elections was asked, at Antena 3, where a debate with George Simion was to take place, that his rival “sells illusions and incites hatred”. The gold candidate did not participate in the debate, being present, on Tuesday evening, in Warsaw, in an election rally of the Conservative candidate in the Polish presidential elections.
“How would you characterize George Simion,” Nicușor Dan was asked.
The response of the independent presidential candidate was: “sells illusions, as it was the issue with the apartments, which is extremely serious, then claims sovereignist and patriot, but on the issue of raising the Romanians was the exact opposite, that is to go and pleaded to the American administration that the Romanians still need visas.”
Nicușor Dan named George Simion and “an enemy of the free economy”.
“He is an enemy of the free economy, he has had countless positions against foreign investors. In the event that he will become president, it will be a huge problem. The last thing and perhaps most importantly, he incited to hatred, and the Romanian society does not need this,” said Nicușor Dan in the 3th CNN.
