The doctor of ATI Elena Antoaneta Voicu won the process that he had filed for St. Pantelimon Hospital, after his dismissal. Voicu reported in April 2024 a series of suspicious deaths of some patients admitted to the Intensive Care section, notifying the criminal investigation. Subsequently, the doctor was fired following a conflict with the hospital management.

“Admits partly the request for a trial. It partly undoies the decision no. 1289/27.06.2024. It replaces the sanction of the individual employment contract with the sanction written. It orders the applicant's reintegration to the position prior to the dismissal. The defendant to pay to the applicant of an equal compensation with the rights with the rights, of which the applicant would have benefited from the date of dismissal until the date of reintegration ”, is shown in the court decision.

The court is not final, and can be challenged at the Bucharest Court.

Vasile Barbu, the president of the National Association for Patient Protection, argues that the damages to receive Voicu should be imputed to the former manager of St. Pantelimon Hospital, Bogdan Socea, who resigned after the outbreak of Suspanent deaths from ATI.

“Now, Socea is good to pay, not from the hospital money, the money for compensation established by the court must be paid!

The Prosecutor's Office of the Bucharest Court was notified by the director of care of St. Pantelimon Hospital that between April 4 and 6, 2024 in the ATI section, about 20 patients died, the reason being the intentional decrease of the non -pedrenaline substance on the injectoma and in some cases. In addition to the investigation of the Prosecutor's Office, there were also investigations of the hospital, the control body of the Minister of Health and the College of Physicians Bucharest, who have concluded, since April, that there was no irregularity.
