Anastasia Kartseva was appointed First Deputy Minister of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Arkady Zinov himself reported this on his social networks.
Professional path Anastasia Kartseva started more than 20 years ago as an administrator at the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theater. From 2010 to 2014, she worked at the Ministry of Culture as head of the department of cultural events. Then she worked for almost 10 years as deputy general director of the Krasnoyarsk Philharmonic. And for the last three years, until today, she has directed the Siberian Dance Ensemble named after Godenko.
“I am confident that Anastasia Sergeevna’s experience and energy will help us successfully cope with the challenges of the industry and reach new heights!” wrote Arkady Zinov.
It should be noted that the previous first deputy minister of culture of the region, Natalia Gelrud, resigned in early April.
