Donald Trump takes a step back. It is an important tax reform in the USA

“A problem even with a “tiny” tax increase for the rich, which I and everyone else would kindly accept to help employees with lower and medium income, is that the radical left-wing Democrat Democrati-Warris will shout: “Listen carefully”” – Trump wrote, referring to the election slogan of the former president, who, however, had to break the promise that he would not raise taxes and failed to secure the second term.

In the next sentence, the US President stated that it was not this statement (“Read me from my mouth: no new taxes”) cost Bush lost in the 1992 election, but Ross Perot, an independent candidate who took part of the electorate from him.
“In any case, Republicans should probably not do this, but I am OK if they do it !!!” – added Trump.
The president commented on Friday in this ambiguous way of reporting a number of media that he ordered the chairman of the House to increase taxes for the most earning and eliminate the gap in the Tax Code, beneficial to managers of investment funds. Trump and Congress are currently undergoing difficult negotiations on the new budget, which is to include Trump's election promises, including primarily the extension, introduced by him in 2017, tax reductions.
The problem is how to reconcile this move – which can cost as much as $ 4 trillion and additionally increase public debts with the fulfillment of other Trump's promises (including exemption from taxation of tips and overtime) with the need to make cuts in social benefits for people with low income and seniors. One way would be the increase in the highest income tax threshold from 37 to 39.6 percent, i.e. to the level before 2017.
