Over the past 7 days 1107 appealed with complaints about sucking ticks to doctors residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This is almost three times more than in the previous week.

They shared statistics in Rospotrebnadzor and reported that from the beginning of this season 2295 victims of meetings with ticks, including 650 children, were registered in the region.
On the territory of the region, acaricidal treatments were already carried out on an area of more than 786 hectares.
Epidemiologists ask residents to observe personal prevention measures and, after walking, carefully inspect themselves, their companions and pets. And to protect against tick -borne viral encephalitis, the most effective measure is vaccination.
Recall that if the tick is detected, it should be removed and handed over for the study as soon as possible
