The skyscraper, which will be built in one of the largest cities of the Arab Emirates, is to have 80 floors and reach 350 meters high. It will stand in the vicinity of the city center and near Sheikh Zayed Road, thanks to which it will be a view of the Arab Bay and the highest building in the world – Burj Khalifa.
Luxury for a billion dollars
The value of the entire investment is estimated at one billion dollars. It will be implemented by Trump Organization in cooperation with Dar Global – an international developer specializing in luxurious real estate. In turn, the architectural design will be prepared by the Japanese Nikken Sekkei office, known for combining modernity with local culture.
Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai is to be the first undertaking implemented by Donald Trump in the Middle East. The investment is to be completed in December 2031.
