Simion summarized the plan at Digi24: Călin Georgescu Prime Minister or early elections

President of Gold George Simion stated, at Digi24, that it is normal to designate Călin Georgescu as a future prime minister, if he wants it. Regarding the early elections, Simion believes he does not exclude the option, but he hopes he will find a majority in the current Parliament.

“It is the commitment to the Romanians, it is normal to do it, if it will want it,” said George Simion Despa to appoint Călin Georgescu as a prime minister.

Asked if he did not discuss the subject with Georgescu, Simion replied: “We do not go with the plans so far, we do not know what we can expect from our opponents. I think the person voted to lead the Romanian nation must come to drive it (…) There are several possibilities, this is one of them.

The golden leader said he was afraid of the decisions made by the judges of the Constitutional Court related to the presidential elections, which he said that “they have an Iranian ayatollahi”.

In the event that Călin Georgescu will not find a parliamentary majority to support his government, Simion has evoked the possibility of anticipated.

“Two days ago I was telling someone to motivate that the current majority will not remain in the current composition, if the Romanians do not place the candidate in round II. Here I was right (..) I will probably insist with Călin Georgescu to some early elections, but I expect to find 50% plus one of the Parliament (…) I would like to avoid …”
