Ingredients:
- 2 kg of chicken thigh fillet;
- 350 g of natural yogurt;
- 100 ml of vegetable oil;
- 1/2 lemon juice;
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika;
- 2 tsp. dried parsley;
- 2 tbsp. l. salts with spices for chicken;
- 2 tsp. pepper;
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary.
Cooking
- Mix yogurt, vegetable oil, lemon juice and all spices.
- Pour the marinade into the meat and mix thoroughly. Cover with a film and leave at least two hours in the refrigerator.
- The meat must be fried on a grill or on skewers over medium heat, constantly turning.
