Crin Antonescu, the candidate of the ruling coalition in the presidential elections, said on Thursday night that he would not surprise him the existence of a meeting between Nicuşor Dan, Victor Ponta and General Florian Coldea. About such a possible meeting, Antonescu said: “I do not think it is advantageous electoral, I think it is mutually harmful.”

Crin Antonescu was asked on Thursday night at Digi 24, about the alleged meeting between Nicuşor Dan, Victor Ponta and Florian Coldea, from which Elena Lasconi published photos. The USR leader claimed that the images were caught by a paparazzi.

“If this happened, it does not surprise me in any form. From Mr. Ponta does not surprise me, and from Mr. Dan I am surprised by less and less things,” said the Coalition candidate, according to News.ro.

Questioned why Nicuşor Dan would have hidden such a meeting, Crin Antonescu said: “Because, if this happened, I do not think it is advantageous, I think it is mutually harmful. In addition, the presence of General Coldea, if he was present and his reign, is not a nature, but I have no other kind, I have no other kind, We do not know what he does, I do not under any form if Mr. Coldea is involved or not in this election campaign, I really do not know.

“If they have not met, if the photos are not taken at the same time, it means that the incident causes them to attend the same building, or as three grandchildren who attend the same grandmother. Once again, I do not want to launch myself in speculation,” said Crin Antonescu.

“If Mr. Coldea was there too, if they were all together, it is hard to believe that it was a meeting that took place in relation to the campaign, that the three met to talk about numismatics or that they have a common passion, to say, music. They sang one at the cello, one at the harp, something like this. Candidates, and that these two candidates can have, in one, a common combination, say, an understanding for a possible two tour, in which only one of them would enter, something like this, ”added the Coalition candidate.

According to Antonescu, this disclosure on the last day of the election campaign is “passionate”.

Nicuşor Dan and Victor Ponta both reacted, denouncing the images as a fake, and claim that they did not meet each other, let alone with General Florian Coldea.
