On Wednesday, April 30, the United States and Ukraine signed a long -awaited mineral agreement. On the basis of an agreement, an American-Ukrainian investment fund for reconstruction will be created, aimed at accelerating the economic reconstruction of Ukraine. This fund will be a joint undertaking of both countries, and its profits are to be reinvested only on the territory of Ukraine.
Medvedev criticizes the US and Ukraine. “May begins turbulent”
Signing the agreement strongly criticizes Moscow. Dmitry Medvedev, vice -chairman of the Russian Security Council, referred to the matter in a telegram.
