

Context
On April 22, the militants shot tourists in the city of Pakhalgam in the district Anantnag, Jammu and Kashmir (India) more than 20 people died.
After that, India introduced a number of measures against Pakistan and announced the intention to withdraw from the “Hero Treaty”. The highest civilian and military leadership of Pakistan called the actions of India “unilateral, politically motivated and legally invalid.” Islamabad denies any involvement in the attack. The Ministry of Defense of Pakistan also stated that it was ready for war.
The Minister of Defense of Pakistan Havaja Muhammad Asif said that he considers the military invasion of neighboring India inevitable.
On April 29, India Prime Minister Narendra Modi, after a meeting with the leaders of the defense and weapons departments, said that military countries received complete freedom of action for a “crushing blow to terrorism.”
