In Noyabrsk, parents of a young scooter were obliged to pay 250 thousand rubles to a downed person.

According to Yamal 1 with reference to the press service of the court, in August 2024, a minor rode on a bicycle path on a scooter and knocked a man. At the same time, he saw a pedestrian in front, but decided not to reduce speed and did not try to go around it. As a result, the victim received harm to the health of medium severity.

But there is a nuance – the court found violations in the actions of the pedestrian. He moved along the bicycle path. This, as well as a partial compensation for non -pecuniary damage, influenced the verdict of the court. Now the child’s parents will pay 250 thousand rubles to the victim.
