On October 3, the bailiffs searched for the removal of documents in the central office of the largest management company Krasnoyarsk. Judging by the rating of companies (the number of houses serviced), we are talking about the UK “ZhSK”.

The reason was the initiation of 10 criminal cases in the framework of consolidated enforcement proceedings. It concerns non -fulfillment of the following court requirements:

• arrangement of places of accumulation of municipal solid waste;
• performing the repair of the roof of the house;
• repairs of common house property;
• Installations of the fence on the lawn on the house territory.

The bailiffs were interested in agreements and acts on the work performed within the framework of relations with counterparties under the specified consolidated enforcement proceedings. The search was carried out with the participation of the information security department of the Russian Federation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory: employees conducted a technical inspection of computer equipment to find the necessary documentation on electronic media.

Earlier, bailiffs were duly notified by the CEO of the Criminal Code of the initiation of enforcement proceedings, and also repeatedly brought him to administrative responsibility under Art. 17.15 Administrative Code – non -fulfillment of non -property requirements. After ignoring the execution of court decisions, the head of the management company was warned of criminal liability under Part 2 of Art. 315 of the Criminal Code. Despite all the above, the general director, having no objective reasons that impede the compliance with the requirements of the bailiff, did not fulfill the court decision.

“In the process of searching, part of the necessary documentation was found, it will accommodate with the available materials of the criminal case. If we talk about the execution of court decisions, the documents confirming their execution were not found, which confirms that there were no measures to execute them by the management company. Work in the criminal case continues, ”said the interrogator, Major of the internal service Tatyana Klyam.
