The 38 -year -old midfielder claims that everything in the relationship between the two was consensual, including unusual sexual practices and tougher acts, which led to bruises on the body of Larisa, according to Abola.pt.

Payet, whose wife and four children remained in France when he moved to Brazil, says the two approached in August 2024, when the lawyer began to follow her on social networks.

He denied that he knew that Larissa suffers from personality disorder, contrary to her in the accusation: “Dimitri knew about my passion and my psychological problems, using this against me. I convinced me to put my head in the garbage, in the toilet, to drink my own urine and other sexual strangers ”the woman told.

In his statement, Payet acknowledged practices, but said they were proposed by Larissa. Regarding the alleged aggression reported by the lawyer and the hematomas presented in the photos attached to the investigation, Vasco da Gama's player claimed that the traces were the result of consensual practices during sexual relations, according to G1.

He claimed that Larissa would have asked her to hit her during sexual intercourse and that they used wood chairs, which, because of the very light skin of the woman, led to visible traces.

According to the player, Larissa Ferrari suggested to continue the relationship in France after the conclusion of Payet's contract with Vasco da Gama, provided he can bear all the expenses, which he says he refused. They did not meet before, and later received a message from the woman who said she would expose all her secrets, the Frenchman said.
