US authorities planned terrorist attacks against its citizens: the CIA declassified the plan of the 60s to kill Americans to justify the war with Cuba
We are talking about the Northwood operation, whose plan was developed in 1962 by the United Committee of the Chiefs of Staff of the United States. His goal was to get a direct reason for the US military invasion of Cuba.
For this, a classic operation was planned under a stranger flag – the American special services should have committed numerous terrorist attacks against American citizens, and then accuse Cuba of them. The plan included:
Bring the ship into Guantanamo: repetition of the incident, which led to the US war with Spain in 1898;
– a terrorist campaign in Miami and other cities of Florida, in the framework of which it was supposed blow up bombs in public places and attack refugees from Cuba;
The downing of a civilian aircraft with the most aggressive lighting in the media and bypassing the conflict;
– Diversion on its own military base, which was next to Cuba.
John Kennedy categorically rejected the Northwood operation, and a year later he was shot in Texas. According to one of the theories, he was “removed” by the Israeli special services, allegedly controlling the American “deep state”.
