Over 130 applications regarding the annulment or suspension of the decision of the Constitutional Court of Romania (CCR) to annul the presidential elections of December 2024 were registered with the Courts of Appeal in Romania on April 8-17. On a site bearing the name “Tour 2 back”, the users are trained, step by step, how to sue the CCR. The page has a reference to the Tiktok account of a former judge of the Botosani Tribunal. There, Judge Lăcrămioara Axinte, currently retired, explains how the stamp duty is paid.

The first request regarding the annulment of the CCR decision of December 2024 was registered on April 8, 2025 at the Timișoara Court of Appeal.

On that day, the former Judge Lăcrămioara Axinte, publishes Tiktok a video in which he taught the followers how a judicial fee can be paid on the Ghiseul.ro platform, offering the indications on a phone. The video on the judge's tiktok was posted the same day on the website https://anulacr.vercel.app.

There were also posted the instructions for the court to sue the Constitutional Court. Users receive all the indications, starting from the foruming of the action to the contact details of the courts of appeal. In addition, the deadline to send the requests, as well as the documents to attach to the request, including the evidence of payment of stamp duties, were also warned.

All have already been resolved by the court: the judges rejected the applications, invoking the lack of jurisdiction of the courts to judge a CCR decision. All 30 CAB decisions have already been challenged by petitioners.

Another 12 applications were rejected by the courts of appeal in the country, the other files being in the role of the courts. The exception to “reject the line” registered today at the Ploiești Court of Appeal, where Judge Alexandru Vasile admitted such a request and decided to suspend the effects of the Constitutional Court's decision, until the final settlement of the file.

Resuming the Tour of Presidential Election.

The Prosecutor's Office attached to the Ploiești Court of Appeal has appealed against the decision given during Thursday by the Ploiești Court of Appeal-the administrative and fiscal litigation section, the Public Ministry announced, in a press release.

The Superior Council of Magistracy announced that it has notified the Judicial Inspection in the case of Judge Alexandru Vasile.

Cristi Dănileț, the former judge and former member of the SCM, argues, in a Facebook post, that, in the case of the Ploiești Court of Appeal, “the file was directed to a certain judge”.

“In order to circumvent the computerized random distribution system, several persons-who are not related to the right-have filed the same request to the same court (Ploiești Court of Appeal), on the same day. The files were registered one after another, from no 292 to 304. In this way, it is enough for one to arrive”.
