Gold leader George Simion had a quick reaction after the High Court definitively annulled, on Friday, the judge of the Ploiești Court of Appeal, which suspended the decision to annul last year.
“The Supreme Court annulled the decision of the brave judge in Ploiești, in record time! Shame on! Tour 2 back, all to vote on May 4,” wrote George Simion on Facebook.
Also on Friday, before the decision of the High Court, George Simion posted a video on Facebook saying that he is on Mount Athos, where he received “an icon with Saint George for Mr. Călin Georgescu” and talks about the decision of the Ploiești Court of Appeal, who decided to suspend the CCR decision to annul the elections – criticized by the legal field.
Simion said that the judge of the Ploiești Court of Appeal is a “hero”.
The High Court of Cassation and Justice admitted the CCR and the Prosecutor's Office to the decision of the magistrate at the Ploiești Court of Appeal that abolished the decision to annul the presidential elections.
