“East Siberian Oil and Gas Company” (subsidiary “Rosneft) In 2024, she achieved significant results due to the introduction of innovative decisions – the total effect exceeded 1 billion rubles.
The company's specialists have implemented 26 advanced projects. One of the key achievements was the modernization of approaches to exploration: instead of drilling new wells in some cases, it was possible to use existing operational wells to evaluate the subsoil. This decision made it possible not only to accelerate the introduction of deposits into development, but also to save more than 600 million rubles.
Another successful project was the use of reservoir water-a by-product of production-to strengthen rocks during drilling at the Yurubchen-Tokhomsk field. Thanks to the optimal characteristics and security of this solution, the company reduced the cost of 280 million rubles.
In general, over the past five years “Sunsibneftegaz” I implemented 80 projects to optimize business processes, which together brought an economic effect of 3.9 billion rubles.
These initiatives are fully consistent with the strategic goals of Rosneft until 2030, in which special attention is paid to the introduction of modern technologies, reducing costs and increasing the efficiency of production facilities. System work in this direction allows the company not only to reduce costs, but also to strengthen its position in the industry due to innovative decisions.
