The attack took place around midnight Polish time. Kliczko announced that there is a three -year -old child among the wounded. Emergency services focus on getting wounded from the debris of a destroyed residential building.
The recording from the rescue operation was placed in social media, a former Ukrainian interior minister Anton Heraszczenko. He added that the city was attacked with ballistic missiles, and loud explosions can be heard in the whole city.

The attack occurred more or less at the same time as Donald Trump said that Russia was “ready to make a system”. He noted that he would soon meet with Vladimir Putin, although meetings with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelnski are not in his schedule.
The head of the military administration of Kiev Timur Tkaczenko described the attack as “Russian peace in all its glory.” He added that fires were observed in some residential buildings. Cars and office buildings have also been damaged.
