Three mining cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory participate in the All -Russian competition of the best projects of creating a comfortable urban environment

In Kazan today, August 21, the winners of the X All -Russian competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment will be announced. The All -Russian competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment has been held since 2018 on behalf of the President of Russia. Since 2020, the mining cities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory regularly participate in it.

During this time, 4 large -scale landscaping projects for a total of about 310 million rubles were implemented in Borodino, Nazarovo and Sharypovo. This year, about 300 million are aimed at embodied new projects – the winners of the All -Russian competition for 2024. In Borodino, they continued to ennoble the central street of Lenin, in Sharypovo – they expand the dinopark, and in Nazarovo they are landscaped by the ecopark “Birch Grove”.

This year, cities also submitted applications for participation in the competition. Applications are traditionally prepared by the joint forces of municipalities, the Melnichenko and Suek-Krasnoyarsk Foundation. Nazarovites proposed uniting the territories of the main city square and the Park “Rainbow of Childhood”. The competitive application from Borodino implies the transformation of the historical part of the city – Oktyabrskaya Street. In the event of a victory in the competition in Sharypovo, a new city promenade will appear in the city center, which will connect the main symbols of the city, the place of memory and leisure.

In total, 420 applications were accepted for the competition, of which 8 from the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The winners are determined by the federal executive bodies, the Federation Council, the State Duma, as well as representatives of the expert community, architects and urbanists. The results of the X All -Russian competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment will be announced today at the All -Russian forum “Development of small cities and historical settlements” in Kazan.
