In relation to the guy, three criminal cases were opened under part 2 of Article 207 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “A knowingly false message about the act of terrorism committed against social infrastructure facilities.” They can be punished with a fine of 500 thousand to 700 thousand rubles, or by deprivation of liberty for a period of 3 to 5 years.
