Talented students from 24 regions will undergo practical training at a spring school in business information

On May 14, Moscow opened the next spring school of VTB Bank and the Higher School of Economics (Higher School of Economics) in the direction of “Business Informatics”. This year, 100 students from 24 regions of Russia and 45 universities became participants in the spring school.
Educational schools are held annually for participants in the All -Russian Olympiad of students “I – Professional” who have successfully passed additional competitive selection. This is one of the flagship projects of the Presidential Platform “Russia is a country of opportunities”. The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
From May 14 to 16, students will be able to take part in the case, develop a strategy for introducing artificial intelligence into the VTB mobile application, which will improve the quality of customer experience. Also, participants will visit lectures and master classes from leading bank employees and teachers of the Higher School of Economics.
Students will take part in a panel discussion on the topic “Universe of Opportunities: What are the prospects for the development of a career that young specialists have in 2025?” And in IT Mitapas on the topics: “Platform of Jeenets at the Bank” and “From Super Appendix to an Individual Bank”. Within the framework of the case championship, students have to create their own business project and protect it in front of the jury.
“It is fundamentally important for us not only to identify talented specialists, but also to create conditions for their professional growth. This year, school participants will work on the urgent tasks of digital transformation, including the integration of AI into client services. Such initiatives strengthen our technological sovereignty and form a personnel reserve for the bank's innovative projects, ”said Sergei Bezbogov, Deputy Head of the Technological Bloc-VTB Senior Vice President.
“The Olympiad“ I am a professional ”is the point of entering the industry, where knowledge turns into action, and ambitions become trajectories. The Spring School of VTB and the HSE in the direction of “Business Informatics” is the next step: here participants train to think about ahead, model business processes and look for new solutions in conditions close to real working situations. A competition of six people per place is an indicator of not just popularity, but a level of trust in the format, where each case is a future career symbol, ”emphasizes Valeria Kasamara, head of the All -Russian Olympiad of students.
Since the launch of the Olympics in 2017, VTB has been the main partner-organizer in two scientific areas: “Finance and Credit” and “Business Informatics”. During this time, more than 1,600 students from more than 65 regions of the Russian Federation took part in seasonal schools.
The All -Russian Olympiad of Students “I – Professional” – the project of the Presidential Platform “Russia – Country of Opportunities” is a large -scale platform to test their knowledge and a unique opportunity for students of Russian universities to get career support. The Olympiad is aimed at testing theoretical knowledge, consolidating applied skills and covers more than 70 subject areas: from journalism to artificial intelligence.
