The Krasnoyarsk surprise concluded a contract with a commercial company in October 2023 following an open competition. The cost of repairing tracks is 816 million rubles. The deadline for delivery is 2024.

However, it turned out that representatives of the company knew in advance the volumes and types of work, and also took part in the development of the conditions of competitive documentation. This provided them with victory.

In addition, in October 2023, before the official completion of procurement procedures, Promstroy LLC as the only supplier entered into 4 contracts for the performance of work related to the repair of tram tracks, with a total value of 600 thousand rubles. The subject of these municipal contracts duplicated the technical task under the main contract.
