I don’t worry about breakfast anymore: I take 1 filling and wrap it in pita bread – a cool recipe without the “tedious” cooking

If you want to be lazy and relax on the weekend and don’t feel like “bothering” with cooking, here is a recipe for a delicious and quick breakfast from the news agency EAOMedia.

Ingredients:

  • Thin lavash – 1 large sheet
  • Ham – 150 grams
  • Hard cheese – 80 grams
  • Mustard or cream cheese – 2 tablespoons

How to cook:

  1. Unroll the pita sheet on a clean surface. If it's too big, you can cut it in half. You can even cut with scissors, it’s more convenient, but it’s important that they are clean.
  2. Take 2 tablespoons of mustard or cream cheese and carefully spread a thin layer over the entire surface of the pita bread. Place slices of ham and cheese on top in an even layer.
  3. Carefully roll the lavash with filling into a tight roll along the long side and cut with a sharp knife into small pieces approximately 3–4 cm wide. To prevent them from unrolling, each portion can be pierced with a toothpick.

The finished rolls can be served either cold or slightly heated in a frying pan without oil – then the cheese inside will melt a little, and the snack will become even tastier. Bon appetit.
