Russian IT Holding T1 expands cooperation with universities throughout the country

In 2024, the Russian IT sector grew by 20 %, and by 2030 the market may double. For sustainable development of the industry, a personnel reserve of specialists is needed, who have not only a strong academic base, but also practical skills, are sure of the experts of the T1 holding.

The business goes to universities to help educational institutions update programs, improve the qualifications of teachers and give students the opportunity to work with modern technologies.

For example, experts of IT Holding T1 at once in several leading technical universities participate in the development of training programs, conduct lectures, seminars, hackathons and open days. This is only part of a large -scale partnership of the company and universities.

For example, in the MAI, the holding experts prepare specialists in the field of artificial intelligence, and also conduct a course of lectures on the development of leadership qualities for students of all areas. Students of the Izhevsk State Technical University T1 helps to master the Java programming language, providing modern training materials.

One of the important areas of cooperation is the introduction of T1 IT solutions into the educational process. So, about 40 MAI teachers were trained to work with the product “Engineering Analysis T1”, which allows for modeling various physical processes and phenomena. The technology is relevant in more than 30 academic disciplines. In the future, the holding will provide universities with other products, which will help students get practical experience.

In 2025, T1 was aimed at expanding the regional presence and strengthening of distributed commands. Therefore, in addition to the capital's universities – MAI, MGTU. N.E.
