The 40-year-old Krasnoyarsk was punished with a restriction of freedom for violation of traffic rules, which caused the infliction of grievous bodily harm to the 11-year-old boy.

“Father put the boy in the rear seat of the Honda CBR 600F high -speed motorcycle and drove around the city. On the October bridge, it exceeded the permissible speed, accelerating to 125 km/h. Manifesting between the rows of cars, the motorcycle driver made a collision with the Mercedes-Benz car, which was rebuilt on the right and could not notice it, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

As a result of the blow, the child received multiple fractures, a traumatic brain injury, and the left lower leg was amputated.
“They overtook the car, and then the darkness, woke up already in the hospital,” the boy recalls.
During the investigation, his father insisted on his innocence, but by the end of the trial he repented of his deed. Part 1 of Article 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the court sentenced him to 1 year of restriction of freedom. During this period, a man will not be able to leave Krasnoyarsk, change their place of residence, attend mass events and should be noted monthly in a specialized body.
“In connection with the reconciliation of the boy’s mother, the accused was refused the termination of the criminal case, ”the prosecutor’s office added.
