The coach of Barcelona, Hansi Flick (60 years old), will extend his contract with the Catalan club for another season, until the summer of 2027, informs the Spanish daily.
The publication writes that the parties have already reached an agreement for the extension of the contract, after the negotiations carried out in the last days.

It is expected that the new agreement to officially enter into force after the end of the season. The parties have agreed that, at this moment, the Barcelona team must focus on the key matches of the current campaign.
The Catalans are leaders in the La Liga standings, they reached the final of the King Cup, where they will face Real Madrid at the end of this week, and in the Champions League, “Bargrana” will play the semi -final against Inter.
Flick has repeatedly stated that he prefers to extend his contracts annually, not in the long term, which is why his current contract is only valid until the summer of 2026.
