Representatives of Ukraine will appear on Wednesday in London to talk with the allies about achieving the “unconditional suspension of weapons” with Russia, which is to lead to “lasting peace” – said on Monday on platform X President of Ukraine Wołodymyr Zelnski.

“This Wednesday, our representatives will work in London. Ukraine, Great Britain, France and the USA – we are ready to go ahead as constructively as possible, as we did before to achieve an unconditional suspension of weapons, and then establishing a real and lasting room” – wrote Zelanski after talking with the British Prime Minister Keir Keir Starmer.
As the president added, the unconditional suspension of the weapon “must be the first step towards the room”, and “Easter clearly showed that it was Russia that prolong the war.”
The daily “Wall Street Journal” wrote on Sunday evening that Kiev was to answer the administration of US President Donald Trump during a meeting in London to a number of proposals to lead to the end of the war according to the American side.
The American proposal assumes the US recognition by the Russian annexation of Ukrainian Crimea and blocking the Ukrainian path to NATO – the newspaper pointed out. It was also proposed to create a neutral zone around the Zaporian nuclear power plant, which could be under US control.
The US Secretary of US Secretary Marco Rubio, US President's Middle East, Steve Witkoff and a special envoy for peace in Ukraine in Ukraine Keith Kellogg are to be present at the meeting in London. Later, Witkoff can go to Russia again, “WSJ” said. (PAP)
