In the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a drunken disgrace with children in a car hit an accident

In the Shushensky district, two young children were injured in an accident with a drunk driver without rights.

According to the traffic police, everything happened on April 18 in the village of Middle Shush. A 25-year-old man driving a vase lost control and flew into the oncoming lane, after which he ran into the pole of the electric power panels. Passengers and a driver of the domestic car were injured in the accident. The motorist was not fastened and transported in the cabin without holding devices of children 2 and 7 years old.

“The police found that the driver does not have a driver’s license and, moreover, got behind the wheel in a state of intoxication, which confirm the results of the examination – 0.78 ml/l,” the traffic police said.

In relation to the driver of the VAZ, administrative materials were drawn up under Art. 12.6 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for driving a vehicle, an unhealthy seat belt, under Part 3 of Art. 12.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for violation of the requirements for the transportation of children, as well as under Part 3 of Article 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for driving a vehicle who is intoxicated and not entitled to drive vehicles.

Currently, the man is detained, his car is placed on a special parking lot, the children are in the hospital. Information about the incident was sent to PD to consider the issue of attracting parents under Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Failure by parents or other legal representatives of minor duties on the maintenance and education of minors”.

Employees of the State traffic inspectorate remind of the danger and inadmissibility of driving in a state of intoxication, as well as the need to use safety belts and children's holding devices.
