Ultimate Games sold Consoleway shares. There are no more shares

The Management Board of Ultimate Games has sold 316,000 shares of ordinary Consoleway allowed to market at NewConnect, ”said Ultimate Games in a communiqué. After settling the transaction, the company no longer has any Consoleway shares.

“The sales transaction of Consoleway shares was carried out outside the trading organized as part of the construction process of the accelerated Book of demand (ABB). The ABB process was completed on April 9, 2025 and was addressed only to selected investors meeting specific investment criteria,” it was written.

As stated, the goal was to sell all consoleway shares by Ultimate Games.

As a result of the ABB process, the sale price of one share was set at PLN 2.50.

The role of the Inc Brokerage House played the role of an investment company in the ABB process.

“The transaction is a consequence of the implementation of the strategy adopted by the issuer in the scope of organizing the structure of the Issuer's capital group. The Issuer also informs that the process of changes in the share structure of subsidiaries and associates has not yet been completed” – wrote Ultimate Games.

Consoleway specializes in porting games on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. He transforms existing versions of games so that they are fully playable on consoles. (PAP Biznes)
