A resident of Lesosibirsk sold a paved sofa for 20 thousand rubles. This was told in the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor.
The woman bought a corner sofa in the trading department of IP Grazmik M.A. When the goods were delivered home, she found that the furniture was different from the ordered sample. In the cabin, she was offered a sofa with springs, and brought – with a filler made of foam rubber.
In addition, the woman found on the surface of the sofa of bumps and traces of failures. Wooden jumpers when laying out were different levels. In addition, there was no filler on them.
For several months, the woman tried to resolve the dispute. She directed oral and written appeals to the seller, demanding to replace the goods. However, this did not bring results. After that, the woman turned to Rospotrebnadzor for help.
The department’s specialists have prepared a draft statement of claim with which the victim went to court. The woman and the seller entered into a settlement agreement in the process of trial. A resident of Lesosibirsk paid 28.6 thousand rubles.
