In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, at the Ilanian transport police station, the hooligan actions of two watchmen in a passenger train by the Tynda-Klinovodsk report were stopped. Drunk 3A 9-year-old resident of the Kansky district and a 46-year-old resident of Omsk returned home and behaved defiantly on the way, expressed obscene abuse.
“The men did not respond to the comments and requirements of the train brigade employees. In this regard, they were refused later the passage, and a message was received in the duty unit that the arrival train was required by the Office of the Communications with the inadequate behavior of the watchmen, ”the transport police said.
Despite the appearance of the PPS outfit, the 39-year-old bully continued to swear and show aggression against others. As a result, both men were detained and delivered to the duty unit.
In relation to the brawls, administrative protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 20.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (petty hooliganism), Art. 20.21 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (appearance in public places in a state of intoxication) and fined.
