American congressmen come to Romania after the visit from the Republic of Moldova. According to the information provided, they will see the meetings on April 15 with the interim president Ilie Bolojan and the Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu.

The displacement takes place against the background of the presidential election next month and the US blocking of visas for Romanian citizens.

According to the agenda of the interim president the meeting will take place starting at 11 o'clock, at the Cotroceni Palace.

Four Republican congressmen and four Democrats are part of the delegation: Vern Buhanan (Republican, Florida), Neal Dunn (Republican, Florida), Andy Ogles (Republican, Tennessee), Anna Paulina Luna (Republican, Florida), Dina Titus (Democrat, Nevada), Ilhan Omar (Democrat, Minnesota), Lloyd Doggett) (Democrat, Texas) and Ted Lieu (Democrat, California) ”, according to the Presidential Administration.

The discussions in the Republic of Moldova also concerned the risks generated by the hybrid attacks of the Russian Federation.
