The regions of the Russian Federation are named, where the most children of migrants live

Most of the children of migrants in the Russian Federation Live in the metropolitan region, as well as in St. Petersburg and the Sverdlovsk region. This was written by TASS with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Education of the country.
The department commented on the entry into force of the law prohibiting the educational institutions of children of migrants who do not speak the Russian language to educational institutions. The innovation began to operate on April 1.
From the statement it follows that at present the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are creating conditions for teaching children of migrants to the state language. At the same time, the authorities take on the basis successful practices in cities and regions where the largest number of such children is represented.
According to data The Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, most of the children of migrants – 44,422 people – live in the Moscow region. In the second and third places, Moscow and St. Petersburg are located in the list, where there are 25,963 and 19,622 such children, respectively. Behind them is the Sverdlovsk region, in which 9,600 children of migrants live.
In the framework of the new law, children of migrants, when enrolling in schools, are required to undergo a test for knowledge of the Russian language. For this, six sites were organized in the Russian capital, where future students can undergo testing. In St. Petersburg and the Moscow Region there are 18 sites, and in the Sverdlovsk region-45.
