Until May 15, 2025, citizens can take advantage of the option of changing the voting place, which is important for those who on presidential elections They will not be able to vote in their permanent location. Changing the place is possible both via the Internet and in person.
The application can be submitted by any Polish citizen with an active electoral law. The procedure is free and available from 44 days before the election up to three days before voting.
Those interested may submit a request to change the voting place:
– by reporting to the City Hall or the commune where they will stay on the day of elections;
– Using a trusted profile on the web (then you should indicate the address at which we will be on the day of election; then we will be assigned to the appropriate electoral commission).

Change of voting. Dates to remember
In the case of the first round of presidential elections, the application should be submitted by May 15 at the latest. If it reaches the second round, the final date for submitting the application is May 29.
Presidential elections in Poland
In the first round of elections (May 18), candidates are fighting for Poles, and the winner is the one who wins more than half of important votes. If none of the candidates achieve this, a second round is carried out with two candidates who received the most votes in the first round. The second vote takes place 14 days after the first, which gives candidates two weeks for an intensive campaign and convincing voters. If it reaches the second round, it will take place on June 1.
