In the National Park “Krasnoyarsk Pillars” in connection with the start of the fire hazardous season for visitors, a special security area was closed. Within the framework of the “month of silence”, the issuance of permits was stopped there and the visit to routes is limited, when the ban is removed – it is still unclear.
“The Month of Silence in the National Park in a calendar plan is different for different sections. So, for the recreational zone, it will be allegedly announced from May 11. And for the special protection zone, the ban on visiting is necessary now, and in the future it will be extended for a much longer period than for the same tourist region, ”said Ivan Kirillov, deputy director of the territory of the National Park.
According to the expert, this is necessary, first of all, for the prevention of fire hazard, as well as maintaining a calm awakening of nature, excluding disturbing factors and risks for the animal and plant world.
Recall that in 2025 the ban on visiting the “Krasnoyarsk pillars” is introduced for the 5th time. For the first time, the practice of tourist restrictions was applied in the spring of 2021. The decision to introduce a temporary moratorium on visiting the national park was approved by the members of the scientific and technical council of the national park.
Specialists promised to inform the visitors of the “pillars on the site and in social networks in advance about the introduction of the“ month of silence ”in the recreational zone.
