In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the demand for taxi drivers and their salaries over the year increased by 88 %. Such data are given by HH.ru service analysts.
Over the past year, employers posted more than 21.2 thousand vacancies for taxi drivers on the site. This is 58 % more than for the entire 2023 years. Taxi drivers are mainly required in logistics companies, at enterprises that provide services to the population and in the sphere of retail. The greatest demand for drivers over the past year has been recorded in Moscow (more than 2.7 thousand vacancies), the Moscow region (2.6 thousand, or 13 % of the total in the country) and in St. Petersburg (2.1 thousand, or 10 % of vacancies). The Krasnoyarsk Territory (0.6 thousand vacancies, or 3 %) entered the top 15 regions with the largest number of vacancies.
In the whole country, a median proposed salary in vacancies for taxi drivers for a year increased by 39 %, exceeding the threshold of 148.4 thousand rubles. The largest salaries proposed are found in vacancies for taxi drivers from employers from Dagestan and North Ossetia (190 thousand rubles each), Primorsky Territory (187 thousand rubles), Volgograd region (184 thousand rubles), Krasnoyarsk Territory and Tyumen (180 thousand rubles each).
Most often, in vacancies for taxi drivers, work on a flexible schedule is proposed: over the past year, such a condition has been mentioned in more than 9 thousand vacancies. In addition, over the year, employers who are looking for taxi drivers began to indicate 122 % more often to the possibility of working part -time. The number of vacancies with design and partial employment in the Russian Federation reached 12.2 thousand.
If desired, a taxi driver can also operate with a rotational basis: over 1 thousand such vacancies were opened in Russia over a year. At the same time, the number of proposals for taxi drivers-vakhtoviks immediately increased by 78 %. The average proposed salary in vacancies with a shift method for taxi drivers reached 179 thousand rubles.
We add that the driver is one of the most popular professions both from employers and applicants. In the whole country, up to 6.5 active resume may account for one vacancy. The most acute deficiency in this profession at the beginning of 2025 was recorded in the Chukotsk AO (2.1 resumes for a vacancy with a norm of 4.0 resumes) and in the Murmansk region (3.7 resumes).
