A 25-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk was punished with forced labor for deceiving people with renting apartments and their friends.

But the case never reached the meeting – after the constant transfer of viewing the apartments, the lessor stopped in touch, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

Thus, she deceived 9 people, the total amount of damage exceeded 270 thousand rubles. “They sometimes wrote to me and asked about viewing the apartment, to which I came up with different excuses. In the future, I asked me to transfer money for the delivery of the refrigerator and the washing machine that lie in my country house, although I don’t have a summer house, ”the girl admitted.

But after a criminal case of fraud, she did not stop and She continued to lure money from people. In October 2024, the attacker exhibited The announcement of the delivery of her own apartment in Solnechny and indicated the price below the average – 15 thousand rubles. According to the totality of all crimes according to PH. 2, 3 tbsp. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the Soviet District Court sentenced Krasnoyarsk to 4.5 years for compulsory work with maintaining 10 % of the salary in state revenue.
