A strong and united international response to the atrocities of Russia is mandatory

He emphasized that Russia rejects an unconditional ceasefire and continues to strike civilian Ukrainians.

“Russia continues to reject a complete and unconditional ceasefire, at the same time lies about the military purposes that it attacks in Ukraine. We categorically reject the frank lie of Russia. Russian attacks are intentional acts of terror against the civilian population,” the diplomat said.

Sibiga emphasized that the world community should respond to the atrocities of the Russian Federation.

“A strong and united international response to the atrocities of Russia is mandatory. Such a terror should never normalize. To save our people, Ukraine needs to strengthen defense, pressure on Moscow and international determination to hold Russia accountable,” he said.
