During the business trip, the deputy chairman of the regional parliament, Dmitry Sviridov, took part in the festive events in Dudinka dedicated to the Day of the reindeer herder and dedicated to the 95th anniversary of Taimyr, held a number of working meetings with the leadership of the city and Norkel, as well as a traditional reception of citizens on personal matters.

During the meeting with journalists, Dmitry Sviridov spoke about what the deputies of the Legislative Assembly are currently engaged in, paying special attention to the upcoming April adjustment of the regional budget, in the context of the development of the northern territories:

“The Krasnoyarsk Territory, of course, will fulfill all the obligations taken as part of the implementation of the comprehensive plan for the socio-economic development of Norilsk until 2035. In particular, in the April adjustment of the regional budget, we include about 140 million rubles for the construction of low and medium-story houses, and, in the form of a regional subsidy, 36 million- for thermal stabilization of the foundations of residential buildings, which is extremely important for the preservation of the existing housing stock of the city. In addition, Norilsk is actively involved in national and federal projects, where regional and municipal co -financing is also provided. For example, the modernization of engineering networks of the city: for the repair of a collector on Nansen Street, the total amount of financing from budgets of all levels exceeds 1 billion rubles, on Baumanskaya Street – about 900 million rubles in the aggregate. These are significant amounts, but the stable life support of residential buildings directly depends on them, and these works, of course, must be performed, ”Sviridov emphasized.

Other spheres will not be ignored in the regional budget – in the upcoming adjustment they will include funds for the development of Norilsk healthcare institutions: city hospital No. 2 and the perinatal center (PC), where all the necessary measures will be carried out to evaluate the technical condition of the PC building and the boiler house No. 1 in Oganera. Another important direction is the attraction of doctors and paramedics to our city. Additional funds will also be allocated for one -time payments invited to Norilsk from the regional budget.

“We work in close contact with the Norilsk deputies, and with the city administration, and we hope that our wishes that are not taken into account in the April adjustment of the regional budget and in the budget for 2025 as a whole will be reflected in the main financial document for 2026. Here we are talking about repairs and asphalting of the Norilsk street and road network, as well as the purchase of gas-engine buses. Despite the difficult economic situation, I would like the bar that we previously reached in terms of road repairs, we support at a decent level. I want to note that the regional colleagues with understanding relate to all our wishes and are included in the elaboration of all pressing issues. We work together to provide Norilsk with all the necessary resources for development and movement forward, ”summed up Dmitry Sviridov.

We add that the next session of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where the regional budget adjustment will be considered, will be held on April 24.
