The dairy company from the Krasnoyarsk Territory is asked to punish for the use of dubious raw materials

Krasnoyarsk Rosselkhoznadzor asks to prosecute the local producer of milk LLC Mlada. This was reported by the press service of the Arbitration Court.

Earlier, the department, together with the regional prosecutor's office, carried out an unscheduled verification of the documentation of the company. As a result, it turned out that the manufacturer sold milk from components of unknown origin to ordinary consumers and socially significant institutions.

So, LLC Mlada used Milana milk milk as raw materials (LLC Production and Trade Firm Milan). The product was not entered into the information base “Mercury”, which is why Rosselkhoznadzor considers it unsafe.

Also, according to the Office, LLC Mlada did not think about how to prevent possible harm, did not conduct an internal check and did not withdraw products. In addition, the manufacturer was previously brought to administrative responsibility for a similar violation.

Thus, according to the lawsuit, the department wants to punish the company for violating the requirements of technical regulations and failure to renovate measures. Now the court decides on the start of production.
