Sochi UAMA2Rman Bar Vladimir Kristovsky owed 3.3 million rubles for rent and communal apartment. The restaurant has already closed.
The company “Mind”, which belonged to the UMA2RMAN bar, has not paid a rent for rent and utilities for almost a year-from December 2022 to October 2023. Now the restaurant is closed. Kristovsky in business owns 20%, the rest is two partners. The bar was located on the territory of the Gazprom mining and tourist center in Sochi. The lessor filed a lawsuit and won: now the LLC is obliged to pay 3.3 million – the main debt, the penalty and state duty.
The company was registered in December 2022. Now the company's accounts are blocked. For 2023, the “mind” managed to report: revenue – 34.6 million rubles, profit – 2.3 million.
